Children Physical Activity Checker

The American Academy of Pediatrics recommends that, 

"kids 6 years and older get 60 minutes of moderate to vigorous physical activity on most days of the week."

On the website Healthychildren.org, they have created a helpful physical activity checker that allows you to monitor and keep track of all your children's exercise habits.  There are many benefits when you keep children physically active. According to the article from Healthychildren.org, health benefits include: •better sleep •improved mood •increased focus •healthy muscles and bones •fundamental strength and coordination development •relaxation and resilience •building social skills.
